I believe that God has invested in me many talents on the day when He created me & put huge potentials to become a great leader.
Currently, I am part of VITA School Surabaya (@VITASchool) working on its strategic plan. I had no background or whatsoever in education, but as time goes by, God has been pouring out His wisdom, knowledge, & understanding to me to excel in this and He has also been revealing to me His Vision for this school. My dream is to see VITA to be one of the best schools in Asia and to see this living organization transform to be more than just a school. There are so many potentials that we have in VITA. I really want that the process of God’s BIG Vision-turn-into-reality can be recorded in this blog.

I also see myself as an entrepreneur, and right now several business plans are lining up in front of me. My part is to have a well prepared plan, and when the time comes from God, everything will just come by itself. In the past couple years, i have had experiences when God just open up doors of opportunities, but later on the doors were closed. I’m sure that my steps are ordered by the Lord. Those experiences are shaping me to be a better & well rounded man.
